Aims of the course:Success in business and leadership is often not a question of theoretical knowledge, it's primarily about inspiration and the results. This practical course is focused on intermediating contacts of students with excellent personalities (leading sales managers), and inspiring students in their current and future career, based on the stories of successes and failures of these personalities. The course will be divided into two days. The workshops will take place at the headquarters of partner companies and at the University of Economics, Prague.
Learning Outcomes and Competence:After successful completion of the course, students will be able to describe selected factors of success in sales management and to describe selected factors of potential failure in sales management.
- Introduction workshop (90’)
- workshops focused on specific factors of success in sales management (90’each)
- workshops in partner companies (2 x 180’)
- For each workshop proactive approach in the class is neccessary.
